Eye Relaxation
Only exercise your eyes when they are relaxed. Otherwise, any exercise might increase tension. Overstressed and exhausted eyes show signs of visual stress: burning eyes, a sense of pressure in or behind the eyes, headaches, twitching eyelids, dry eyes, and occasionally even fuzzy or clouded vision.
