Poster: “Color Fusion”

  • Hold one finger midway between the tip of your nose and the picture. Look at the finger with both eyes, not the picture. Do you see four images in the background two blue and two red?
  • If not, in quick succession close one eye and then t other while still looking at your finger. Do the two dots in the background jump to the left and then to t right?

As soon as you see the images jumping, look at your finger again with both eyes, and, with a bit of patient you will be able to see the four images in the background.

Contact Lenses CareNow, move your finger towards the tip of your nose until the double image of both dots in the background shifts and you can see three images.

Observe and enjoy the kaleidoscope of colors during this blending process. Does it remind you of a shimmering opal?

  • If both eyes see with equal intensity, violet, a secondary color, will appear. You can change the kaleidoscope colors by focusing on one color, for instance red, and the on another color.
  • The presence of a harmonious, dynamic kaleidoscope of colors in the area of blending, where the secondary color is most brilliant and the dot seems to be suspended in space, is a sign that the fusion process in your brain active and receiving energy.
  • You will be mentally centered and visually more present and open afterwards. Alpha wave activity in your brain increases, and this is a sign of a relaxed and receptive state

Recommended time: one to five minutes.

Exercising Stereoscopic Vision

Poster: “3-D Picture“

While they challenge us with their magical charm to find hidden spatial structures behind the surface, 3-D picture also have a healing effect. They are relaxing when we an involved for too long in concentrated, one-sided vision. They also stimulate 3-D perception and imagination.

  • With both hands, move the picture close to your fan and then away again.
  • When moving the picture away, look with unfocused eyes through the picture as if looking through colored glass.
  • It is perfectly okay if the images become blurred.
  • If, as the picture is moving away from your face, a 3-D picture does not appear spontaneously, repeat the process several times, like the “trombone playing” in Exercise 1.
  • Relax as soon as a 3-D image appears. Let your eyes walk through this image. Imagine walking around the 3- dimensional structure and in the space surrounding it. Become aware of how spatial impressions slowly begin to deepen and widen.

Recommended time for beginners: one to five minutes. For those more experienced: ten to twenty minutes.
